Over the years, Walt Disney World has added more and more special events to its calendar to bring in visitors. Times that were previously known for low crowds now see much higher attendance due to the array of races, parties, and festivals scheduled throughout the year. Halloween at Magic Kingdom now lasts two months, and Christmas begins before Thanksgiving.
