"Our TouringPlans subscription was a lifesaver on our trip. One of the busiest days of the year, and we never waited longer than 20 minutes!"
- Smith Family, KY
Hotel guests staying at Disney Deluxe or Deluxe Villa properties have an additional two hours to enjoy select theme parks on select dates. This offering is similar to Evening Extra Magic Hours of the past. Wait times are low; if you are able to stay up late, it's a big benefit of staying at one of the pricier Disney World Resort Hotels.
Read about our Extended Evening Theme Park Hours experiences on some of the busiest days of the year here:
Note that in addition to guests staying at Disney-run Deluxe and Deluxe Villa hotels, those staying at the Swan, Dolphin, Swan Reserve, and Shades of Green all have access to Extended Evening Theme Park Hours (EETPH). See the full list of participating hotels here.
To use EEPTH, you need a park reservation for the park offering EETPH, or you need to have a park hopper ticket and have visited the park where you had a reservation earlier in the day. Disney requires guests to display or scan their room keys (e.g., card, phone, MagicBand, etc.) in order to enter attraction queues during these extra two hours. You are eligible to use this privilege (if it is offered) all days of your eligible stay, including the check-in and check-out dates.
Three theme parks participate in EEPTH:
- Magic Kingdom (usually Wednesdays)
- EPCOT (usually Mondays)
- Hollywood Studios (rarely; so far, only when Magic Kingdom or EPCOT has a special event on its "normal" day)
- Animal Kingdom (rarely; so far, only when Magic Kingdom or EPCOT has a special event on its "normal" day)
Parks and days may vary. See our Disney World Crowd Calendar to see dates when EETPH is offered.
