Duffy is a phenomenon in Japan. He's a mega popular Disney character that has not appeared in any movies, cartoons, comic books, or video games. Foreigners may find this inexplicable, but when you're walking around DisneySea, and you see 4 out of 5 people with some kind of Duffy merchandise, it somehow starts to make sense. Located in the Cape Cod section of American Waterfront, Village Greeting Place is the place where fans can get some one on one time with the popular bear. This is a meet and greet, so lines can get quite long. To keep the line moving, Disney cast members enforce a strict rule of one picture per a party. That's right, you only get one shot at getting a good picture.

Duffy is one of the most popular meet and greets in Tokyo Disney Resort. After the park opens each morning, hundreds of fans will run to be first in line. After that, the wait time stays steady all day.
