Fantasmic!

Description And Comments

Fantasmic! is a show presented nightly on the waters of Mediterranean Harbor. Starring Mickey Mouse, the production uses lasers, images projected on a shroud of mist, fireworks, lighting effects, an erupting volcano, and music in combinations so stunning that you can scarcely believe what you have seen.

The plot is simple: good versus evil. The story gets lost in all the special effects at times, but no matter -- it is the spectacle, not the story line, that is so overpowering. Along the way characters from The Lion King, Lili & Sitch, Aladdin, and others will appear. The show culminates with Mickey battling a gigantic fire-breathing dragon. Needless to say, we rate Fantasmic! as not to be missed.

Touring Tips

Viewing for Fantasmic! is standing room only. Viewing location are available all around Mediterranean Harbor. The best spots (anything near Hotel MiraCosta) will usually fill up 1 to 2 hours before show time.

How's It Different From the Walt Disney World and Disneyland Versions?

The show shares the same name, and similar music and story elements. Beyond that most of the show is unique to Tokyo DisneySea.

Is it English Friendly?

Some dialog and lyrics are in Japanese.
