If you're curious about what the Japanese take on Mexican food is, then Miguel's El Dorado Cantina is for you. We can't say that it's a good take on Mexican food, but it's a take nonetheless. One thing Miguel's has going for it is ambiance. It's a beautiful restaurant inside and out, and it perfectly matches the feel of the rest of Lost River Delta. The top level of Miguel's dining room features lavish theming, while the bottom level is a patio located on the water. We enjoy sitting on the bottom level and watching the DisneySea Transit Steamer boats drift by.
