Summary
Horizon Bay Restaurant is actually made up of two restaurants, one side is a quick service restaurant where food is served buffeteria style, and another part that is a Disney character meet and greet table service restaurant (which was suspended in 2019 and so far has not returned). Both have separate menus, seating areas, and prices.
Horizon Bay Restaurant offers individually priced entrees. Usually noodle dishes, chicken, fish, and beef entrees are available. Salads, soup, desserts, drinks, and kids meals are also available. Mickey Mouse and other Disney characters will come to your table and visit for pictures while you dine.
