Description And Comments
A simple, tame, but pleasant children's ride based on the lovable flying elephant. Parties of 2 or 3 sit in an elephant, and then "fly" around a central point. There's a lever to control how high you want your elephant to fly. Kids love it, especially preschoolers.
Touring Tips
This is a slow-loading ride that we recommend you bypass unless you are on a very relaxed touring schedule. If your kids are excited about Dumbo, try to get them on the ride before 10 a.m., during the parades, or just before the park closes.
How's It Different From the Walt Disney World and Disneyland Versions?
Physically it's the same as the Dumbo rides found in the American parks, but aesthetically it's a bit outdated. Tokyo's Dumbo never received any of the visual upgrades that Disneyland's and Magic Kingdom got over the years. This of course has no affect on the ride itself, you still sit in an elephant and fly in a circle.
Is it English Friendly?
Yes.
