Downtown Disney is laid out in a straight line beginning at the west near Disneyland Hotel and spanning eat to the Esplanade between the resort's two theme parks, Disneyland and Disney California Adventure.
Downtown Disney Parking
Parking rates start at $10 for the first hour. Guests receive 3 hours of parking in the Downtown Disney parking lot with a single minimum purchase of $20 at any shop or restaurant (including kiosks) in Downtown Disney.
Guests who dine at a Downtown Disney table service restaurant receive 5 hours of free parking. Be sure to save your receipts to show the parking attendant on your way out.
Additional parking time costs $14 per 30 minutes. The maximum daily parking fee for Downtown Disney is $66.
Downtown Disney Monorail Station
The Monorail is a futuristic transportation ride that takes guests from Downtown Disney to Tomorrowland inside Disneyland. The wait to board is usually 15-25 minutes, and a valid Disneyland ticket is required to enter.
The Monorail does not provide service during the evening fireworks at Disneyland Park and ceases its routes from Downtown Disney 30 minutes before closing.
