Note: The web app requires a Walt Disney World TouringPlans.com Subscription to gain access to the wait times and crowd data.

Disney World Lines only officially supports iPhone and Android devices. Other WebKit-based browsers should work acceptably, but your mileage may vary.
Having issues?
Firstly, make sure cookies and JavaScript are enabled on your mobile web browser.
If you've opened up the app for the first time, you must login first by clicking on the "User Login" link at the bottom of the main page. If you're having issues logging in, click on the "Trouble logging in?" button at the bottom of the login page. If you're still not having luck, read the FAQ or contact us!
