"Our TouringPlans subscription was a lifesaver on our trip. One of the busiest days of the year, and we never waited longer than 20 minutes!"

Grizzly Peak, a huge mountain shaped like the head of a bear, is home to Grizzly River Run, a white-water raft ride, and the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail, an outdoor playground for children that resembles an obstacle course. In 2015, Grizzly Peak absorbed the adjacent area originally known as Condor Flats, rechristening the area around Soarin' Around the World as 'Grizzly Peak Airfield' and adding woodsy theming appropriate to a national park in the High Sierras, as opposed to its former desolate desert look.
