Other stroller reviews:
Each stroller was reviewed for at least half a day and none of the companies knew it was for a review.
These companies are all Disney Featured Stroller Providers, which allows them to use the Disney resorts to store their strollers. The two big benefits to you are:
- Your stroller will be picked up and delivered to the Bell Services desk at your Disney hotel
- You don’t need to be present for the initial drop-off or pick-up
Each stroller was given a score from 1 to 14, using the follow criteria (2 points each):

Website Process and Price
The website is very nicely designed. The top of the screen always features Kingdoms email and phone number as well as a "Quick Availability Checker" where (as described) you can check the availability of your desired stroller. In addition to several single and double strollers to choose from, Kingdom also offers cribs and bedding.
Along with a very brief product description, there is a photo of the stroller which can be turned 360 degrees by holding down on it. Kingdom offers the same strollers as both Magic Stroller and Orlando Stroller Rental. Because I wanted to test a variety of different strollers, I chose the BOB Revolution Flex Stroller. After making a stroller or crib selection, the ordering process is similar to any other websites online rental or purchase process. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after submitting your order.
There is an option to add a complimentary rain cover and/or cooler bag, and you may include damage and theft insurance for $15.00. An interesting option I noticed is the opportunity to purchase cases of bottled water (24 bottles for $9.00). I didn't see this perk offered with any other company I reviewed but suppose it's easier for a guest to have bottled delivered than to go off property to purchase it themselves.
One nice feature of the website is its ability to specify a stroller drop off at one resort and pick-up from another. If you plan on resort-hopping during your vacation, this feature means you won’t have to make those arrangements by phone.
If your stay is more than 10 miles outside of Disney, you may still be able to have your stroller delivered for a $15.00 fee.
Delivery and Product Information
My stroller was delivered to the Beach Club early in the morning and I arrived at Bell Services to pick it up an hour or two later. The Cast Member at the desk asked me to sign a log-in book stating I picked up the stroller and then went off to retrieve it from the luggage room.
The stroller arrived in good condition. It was extremely clean and appeared both solid and durable. It came with a cooler (that had to be returned along with the stroller), a name tag with our reservation name and the Kingdom logo and contact information.

Amenities
- Five Point Harness: The harness has padded straps which are easily adjustable. To release the clips, press the middle button.
- Reclining Seat: This seat is very easy to adjust.
- Storage: See Pros
- Parent Console: This console has a small zipper pocket with two mesh beverage holders. This pocket is great for holding a phone, car keys or anything else you need close by. If you place a smaller beverage container (such as a pop can) in the cupholder, it will jiggle around and may spill.
- Wrist Strap: While testing out the stroller, I noticed a strap with a clip hanging from the handle bar. At the time, I had no idea what it was. After doing a bit more research, I see now that it is a wrist strap that can be used to prevent runaway strollers. Clever idea for those using this as a jogging stroller.
- Sun Canopy: See Pros
- Cooler: Unlike Orlando Stroller Rental, this cooler is NOT yours to keep. When returning the stroller, don't forget to drop this off as well.
- Adjustable Handle: Unlike the other strollers I reviewed, this one has an adjustable handle. By pushing the two red button using your thumbs, you can raise or lower the handle to a comfortable height. I also like how the handle is straight and not curved. It made hand placement very comfortable.
- Rain Cover: This rain cover is easy to put on but beware - This may fly off during a windy rain storm.
- Brake System: See Pros
Cons
- Tip Over Risk: During testing, I was unable to put my backpack in the storage basket, so I hung it on the handle. It immediately started tipping over backward. Even with my 20 lb daughter in the stroller, it still was prone to tipping over. Hanging jackets or sweatshirts will be fine, but don't risk hanging anything heavier on the handle.
- Folding: The stroller came with folding directions, but I wanted to try it out on my own first to see how user-friendly it was. As someone who had never used a BOB stroller, this was SO DIFFICULT to fold! Thinking it must be me, I asked both my husband and uncle for help. It took the two of them ten minutes to figure out how to fold the stroller up. Once we took a look at the directions, it was obviously much easier. Still, when comparing the folding process to that of a City Stroller by Baby Jogger (see my Orlando Stroller Rental and Magic Stroller Review), this was 10x more difficult.
Pros
- Storage: This thing has SO much storage! There is a storage basket located underneath the stroller and a mesh pocket in the back of the seat. There are even two small mesh pockets on the sides of the seat to store your childs food, toys or sippy cup. The only thing the storage compartments couldn't fit was my overloaded backpack.
- Sun Canopy: This has a very nice canopy that shaded most of my daughters body. It has a large window made out of clear plastic that can be closed with a velcro cover.
- Braking System: The brake can be engaged two ways. There is a red pedal that can be lifted up with your foot. There are also two hand breaks that you can engage when going down hill.
My day with this stroller was an enjoyable one. The front swivel wheel made maneuvering around the crowds a breeze. The heavy duty wheels made for a smooth driving experience and my daughter napped for over an hour in the stroller amidst the noise and music of the World Showcase in total comfort. I returned the stroller to Bell Services at the end of the night, where it was picked up the next day.
I had a very positive experience with Kingdom Strollers. The website was very easy to use and I found the prices to be comparable with other stroller companies. They have a very good selection of strollers to choose from and overall, this is definitely a company I would recommend renting from.
