My name is Sarah Goff, and I am a Destination Specialist/Travel Agent with TouringPlans. I have been with TouringPlans since its initial launch and absolutely love being a part of this team. I came to TouringPlans with several years of previous experience as a Travel Agent.

I am a nurse by background, which gives me unique expertise to help clients with specific dietary needs, accessibility barriers, and medical conditions. 

I currently reside in Ohio. I am married to a wonderfully supportive husband, and together we have a son who is a college student.

My love for travel and all things Disney has been part of my life since I was a child. We visited Walt Disney World and Disneyland frequently throughout my childhood. We were also avid cruisers and travelers around the US. Travel was put on hold in my early adult years due to college and a wedding and a mortgage and starting a family and the list goes on and on – we’ve all been there, right?  

When our son was born, we knew our first big family vacation was going to be to Walt Disney World. I fell back in love all over again with all things Disney, this time through the eyes of a parent, and we continue to visit as often as we can sneak in a trip, multiple times each year. We also frequent Universal Orlando and Disneyland, along with cruising on Disney Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. 

When traveling, I spend a lot of time exploring new resorts, eating at new restaurants, and touring the Disney and Universal theme parks and destination ports to provide my clients with the most up-to-date information and knowledge possible. I think it is crucial to stay current, especially with Disney destinations, as they evolve at a rapid pace. Specializing in select destinations is one of the things that sets me apart from other Travel Agents – I am able to provide detailed recommendations and help my clients create custom vacations and itineraries based on first-hand experience and knowledge that I continue to build on with frequent visits to specific destinations. I have attended many onsite and online training programs and stay current on all required certifications needed to sell travel to specific destinations. 

I understand that working with someone who you have never met in person can be a little scary. Rest assured that my primary goal is for you to have a relaxing and fun vacation. I am a huge believer in making memories and sharing experiences with those that matter most in our lives. I look forward to helping you plan your adventure!
